Dr. Reginald M. Jones

Prior to coming to Macrone Consulting LLC, Dr. Reginald M. Jones spent 8 years as Senior Program Manager at the Department of Defense/Department of Homeland Security and 22 years within the IT field. During that time, he became adept at diagnosing intricate computer platforms and lead an elite group of software architects in some of the nation's most challenging projects. He currently holds four SAS Certifications, which includes SAS Certified Platform Administration for SAS9, SAS Certified Advance Programmer for SAS9, SAS Base Programmer for SAS9 and SAS Certified BI Content Developer for SAS9.

As head of Macrone Consulting LLC he brings that same expertise in problem solving to assist in all levels of client projects.

Anthony Spencer

Prior to joining Macrone Consulting LLC, Anthony was a Solutions Specialist at IBM, responsible for the Software Defined Storage (SDS) and Cloud Infrastructure (CS&I) portfolio. In addition to working at IBM, Anthony has previously held positions at Forcepoint, VMware, Computer Associates (CA), and the US Department of State. He has over 20 years of technical experience focused on designing & implementing solutions focused on Windows data center platforms, data center consolidation, software defined data center and cloud computing for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.  In addition to the above mentioned, Anthony has expertise in the areas of: virtualization, network management, mobility, storage, cyber security, and client management. During his tenure at the above mentioned agencies, Anthony established himself as trusted advisor to senior executives and displayed the ability articulate the value of technical solutions that addresses his customer’s business challenges.  In addition to serving as Macrone’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Anthony possesses a highly developed interpersonal skills that foster a creative, team-based atmosphere, and successful collaboration with clients and coworkers of all levels to adhere to the company’s vision.
